About Andrew Lawrence Greystoke

Andrew Lawrence Greystoke is a solicitor, member of the New York Bar, and accomplished professional with over 40 years of experience in driving the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises. After earning a Double First in Law from Cambridge and an LLM from Harvard, Andrew embarked on a multifaceted career that spans law, finance, and public service.

Initially trained as a barrister, Andrew transitioned to a corporate executive role at NM Rothschild & Sons Limited and subsequently held senior positions at several banks and financial institutions. His expertise in corporate finance led him to specialize in advising UK and US companies, culminating in his founding of Atlantic Law in 1999.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Andrew served as a Westminster Councillor for eight years and authored a standard textbook on Takeovers and Mergers. Today, he is a Director at Pantheon International Advisors Limited, where he continues to provide strategic advice to foster the domestic and international growth of emerging companies.
